Dinosaur Cupcake Toppers

Customers may cancel an order prior to it shipping with the exception of personalized orders. Personalized orders may not be cancelled once the order is placed. 

 

For non-custom orders, once an item has been shipped and a tracking number has been obtained, there will be no cancellations or refunds unless the product is damaged. Please be sure you double check everything prior to placing your order. 

 

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt and email a photo of the damaged item(s) to cindy@seventdesign.com.

 

Due to the custom nature of many of our items, refunds and/or replacements will be made on a case-by-case basis; however, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately.

 

By purchasing this item, the customer acknowledges that they have read the description in its entirety and agrees to all terms and conditions.

Orders will be processed and shipped via USPS within 5 to 7 business days. A tracking number is included at no additional charge. Shipping charges will be calculated during checkout. 

 

Once product has been shipped, we are no longer responsible for shipping times. Faster shipping methods may be selected at check-out; however, gaurantees CAN NOT be made concerning delivery dates. Please make sure you factor in processing times as well as delivery times prior to placing your order. Delivery dates are at the discretion of USPS. Please contact USPS with any questions concerning tracking and delivery after your item has shipped.
