Customers may cancel an order prior to it shipping with the exception of personalized orders. Personalized orders may not be cancelled once the order is placed.
For non-custom orders, once an item has been shipped and a tracking number has been obtained, there will be no cancellations or refunds unless the product is damaged. Please be sure you double check everything prior to placing your order.
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt and email a photo of the damaged item(s) to cindy@seventdesign.com.
Due to the custom nature of many of our items, refunds and/or replacements will be made on a case-by-case basis; however, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately.
